【应用】国产高速双功率MOSFET驱动器SGM48000在智能交通闪光灯中的应用
智能交通闪光灯用于道路监控抓拍系统补光,配合高清数码摄像机,采用独特的数字控制电路,使发光与摄像机曝光时间达到最完美的结合,瞬间发出大量度的光线。闪光灯触发与抓拍主机曝闪信号输出相连,通过曝闪信号控制闪光灯瞬间的高亮,达到同步为图片抓拍补光的效果。在完全无环境光照明的情况下,可令摄像系统拍摄到清晰的车牌、车型、车内人脸图像,也可用于白天平抑逆光,对车内人脸进行补光。
曝闪灯一般是使用220VAC供电,在闪灯时,往往需要瞬间大电流通过负载灯泡。该动作主要由一只低边的IGBT实现,生产厂家往往选择一些连续电流在50A~100A,瞬态电流在数百安培的IGBT单管来实现。在驱动这些IGBT时需要瞬态电流较大的驱动IC。在这类低边IGBT驱动中,圣邦微电子的SGM48000系列高速双功率MOSFET驱动器较为合适。示意原理图如下:
SGM48000在该应用中有如下几个优势:
1. VDD、INA、INB对GND的耐压较高,均为26.5V,在需要负压关断的场景下也可以应用,以IGBT源极为参考点,GND可接-5V。可以满足绝大部分的MOSFET和IGBT门极驱动要求;
2. 瞬间输出电流可达2A,对曝闪灯这类瞬间高电流应用匹配度很高;
3. 上升/下降时间都在12ns左右,导通关断延时约在21ns~23ns。适应高速开关需求。当然,这一参数决定了的频率上限,实际的导通关断时间可以由门级阻容进行调整。比如该应用中采用快开慢关的控制策略,提高了系统的安全性,抑制了关断拖尾。
综上,SGM48000适用于智能交通闪光灯应用,性能优越、使用安全。
