固化性能
在正常条件下,KD4460可在环境湿度下固化。虽然较短时间内可达到产品的使用强度,为保证充分的耐化学/溶剂性,建议固化时间至少24h。
●不同基材的固化速度
产品的固化速度取决于基材种类,下表显示了粘接不同基材的初固时间,固化条件为22°C/50 %RH。初固时间定义为剪切强度达到0.1N/mm2所使用的时间。

●固化速度与粘接缝隙
固化速度与粘接缝隙的宽度有关,粘接缝隙窄,固化速度快,粘接缝隙大,会延长固化时间。
●固化速度与湿气
固化速度与环境湿度有关,22°C,40%-60%RH是最佳固化条件,湿度偏低会减慢固化速度;湿度过高会加快固化,但是会影响最终的粘接强度。
●固化速度与促进剂
当粘接间隙过大时,固化速度会过长,可使用促进剂提高固化速度。但是会影响产品的最终固化强度,因此,建议用户使用前进行测试试验。

使用说明
1.粘接区域应清洁,无油污;可使用溶剂清洁粘接表面,并干燥。
2.为改善低表面能塑料的粘结性,可使用康达新材底涂剂,使用时避免底涂剂过量,底涂剂挥发后再施胶。
3.如有必要,可使用促进剂,将促进剂涂覆于粘接基材的一面(请勿将底涂剂与促进剂涂覆于同一粘接面),表面干燥后粘接。
4.将胶粘剂涂覆于其中一个粘结表面(不要将胶粘剂与促进剂涂覆于同一粘接面);请勿使用纸巾或刷子等工具涂覆该产品;组件粘接在几秒内完成;由于固定时间较短,组件应准确定位。
5.促进剂可用于固化粘接区域外的溢胶,将促进剂喷涂或滴加到溢胶上即可。
6.在胶粘剂完全固化前,应保持夹具固定并保压。
7.粘接组件在受力前应放置24-72h,以达到产品的最优性能,具体时间取决于粘结间隙、材料和环境条件。
储存
未开封产品存放在干燥环境下,储存条件见产品包装,最佳储存条件:2-8°C,低于2°C或高于8°C会影响产品性能。
