【选型】电动汽车永磁同步电机驱动推荐黑金刚铝电解电容和薄膜电容,轻松满足电池电压3倍以上耐压需求
PMSM(永磁同步电机)系统效率高,转矩稳定,调速范围宽,是最适合应用在电动汽车的电机,目前越来越多的低速电动车选用PMSM逐渐成为趋势。PMSM通常采用三相全桥结构驱动,如图1所示,全桥电路的功率管在软件算法的控制下,按照一定的控制率开关,驱动电机的平稳运行。

如上图所示,驱动器在输入侧通常采用“大电容+小电容”的滤波电路,大电容负责为整个电路提供电压支撑和滤波,为电机运行提供稳定的电压供应;小电容用于高频的滤波,作为大电容的补充,使电压波形更加平滑。根据上述的应用要求,在选择电容的时候需要把握如下几点:
1. 耐压值选择电池电压的3倍以上,提高系统的安全性。PMSM电机在减速时,相当于一台小型发电机,会造成母线电压的上升,所以提高电容的额定电压值,可以保证车辆急剧减速时不会被过压击穿。
2. 由于逆变桥工作时MOSFET的交替通断,导致输入侧的电流成脉冲状,所以需要电容能在较大的脉冲电流下工作,且发热小,防止过热损坏和减少寿命。
3. 小电容需要有优异的ESR特性和频率特性。低ESR可以有效的滤除高频干扰,优异的频率特性可以保证在高频工作条件下,电容器损耗保持在较低的水平,降低器件的发热。
4. 电容器应该能具有抗振结构设计,以适应车载颠簸的环境。
针对此处应用,Nippon Chemi-Con公司(黑金刚)推荐FTP系列铝电解电容作为支撑电容,TACE/HACE系列薄膜电容作为小滤波电容。
l FTP铝电解电容
FTP系列铝电解电容器,采用较低的外形结构设计,具有更出色的散热性能,纹波电流高达25.3Arms,是电动汽车、混合动力汽车等逆变器平滑电容器的理想选择。
该系列电容器额定电压范围分为63Vdc、80Vdc、100Vdc、350Vdc、400Vdc、450Vdc几个类别,电容容值270uF~21000uF。如对于新能源汽车电池电压通常为380V~720V,在实际使用的时候,我们可以选择350Vdc、400Vdc、450Vdc的电容,通过串联获得需要的3倍容量耐压值;根据设计时纹波的要求,通过并联获得所需的电容容量。同时该系列电池表现出很高的耐久性,在环境温度85℃下,额定直流电压下连续叠加额定纹波电流5000小时,恢复到20℃后测量,静电容量变化小于初始值的±20%,漏电流小于初始规格值,损耗角正切值小于初始规格值的200%(注:该系列电容器的损耗角正切值在额定电压400~450Vdc时测定, tanδ最大0.25,所以即时是200%的偏差,依然很小),表现出优异的可靠性和耐久性。

l TACE/HACE薄膜电容
两系列电容器为薄膜电容器,由于薄膜电容器频率特性优异,介质损耗小,电容容值不大,可以与大容量电解电容并联使用,作为它的补充,进一步滤除线路的高频噪声。
两款电容器工作温度范围-40~105℃。TACE系列最大纹波电流在5.9Arms~15.6Arms之间,直流额定电压值有250Vdc,400Vdc,630Vdc,1000Vdc几个等级,电容容值有0.47uF~22uF,容差±5%。HACE系列最大纹波电流在8.8Arms~13.5Arms之间,直流额定电压值有630Vdc,1250Vdc,1600Vdc,2000Vdc几个等级,电容容值有0.18uF~1.5uF,容差±5%。

综上所述,FTP、HACE和TACE系列电容器,纹波电流值大,散热性能突出,而且结构稳固,适合车载环境应用的选型要求。
