全业电子推出的POE混合供电防护方案,采用了全业电子推出的陶瓷气体放电管(GDT)作为主要防护,压敏电阻(MOV)、瞬态抑制二极管(TVS)、静电保护器(ESD)作为次要防护。很好的解决了POE需要承受高浪涌大通流,并且低残压照顾了POE供电芯片和信号芯片不能承受高电压的问题。
三、产品器件型号
1.一级防护:
陶瓷气体放电管(GDT):UN2E5-90L
(对于供电总线和数据线工作电流较大的可以选择电压高一点的GDT,如230V、350V)
(对于需要浪涌等级要求不高的,且空间有限的可选择封装较小的GDT,如1812、1206)
(对于需要浪涌等级要求较高的,且空间有限的可选择封装较小的GDT,如2E8)
2.二级防护:
压敏电阻(MOV):14D820KJ
(对于需要浪涌等级要求不高的,且空间有限的可选择封装较小的压敏电阻,如10D;或者去掉压敏电阻)
瞬态抑制二极管(TVS):SMCJ58CJ
(对于需要浪涌等级要求较高的,且电路退耦较低的可选择功率较大的器件,如SMDJ)
