【产品】专门为核磁共振成像设备研发的一款没有磁场的无磁场电感ASM系列
由于核磁共振成像是利用核磁共振原理,所以在扫描设备发射和接收电磁波时,理想状态是没有其他磁场进行干扰的,但电子产品基本都会需要用到电感来进行滤波处理,同样核磁共振成像系统也是需要用到电感,而电感在工作时就会产生磁场,有磁场就会干扰到扫描设备电磁波发射和接收。
针对这一问题,电感厂商Fasrton专门为核磁共振成像设备研发了一款没有磁场的ASM系列无磁场电感,Fasrton通过一种特殊的非磁性设计和特殊材料,消除了ASM系列电感的磁场,但仍具有普通电感的滤波功能,所以在核磁共振成像设备的应用中也不会对扫描设备电磁波发射和接收产生干扰。
ASM系列无磁电感目前共有0402、0603、0805、1008、1206、1210和1812 七个封装尺寸,本体磁芯主要是由陶瓷材料制成,所以ASM系列具有非常高的Q值,例如0402ASM-1N0K-YY这颗产品在900MHz频率下Q值可达50,所以非常适合在核磁共振成像系统这种高频应用中使用。ASM系列感值范围也很宽,可以从1nH~33uH,额定电流最大也可达1.55A,具体可参考如下附图。
