3PEAK's TPR33 is a Voltage Reference with guaranteed temperature stability over the entire operating temperature range. The device temperature range is extended from -40℃ up to +125℃.

· High Initial Accuracy and Low Temperature Coefficient: Max 0.15%, 30ppm/℃

The device temperature range is extended for the automotive version from -40℃ up to +125℃. The TPR6040 operates with a wide current range from 0.15 to 15mA with a typical dynamic impedance of 0.3Ω.
