【选型】15W射频负载CT1206ALN应用于5G小基站,采用表贴方式减小布板空间占用
5G通信风头日盛,随着宏站铺开,小基站已经紧锣密鼓布局中。小基站的射频发射功率一般小于2w,而TDD模式下的,发射信号会有部分信号泄露到接收通道,很容易造成接收LNA损坏,使用射频功率负载,能够很好的保护接收LNA,使用CT1206ALN射频负载,能够很好的保护接收通道。
如上图,是5G小站射频电路部分,50Ω是负载电阻,当发射开启时,接收部分开关导通到负载电阻上,发射端泄露的信号功率被负载吸收,很好的保护了接收的LNA,其对功率负载的一般要求如下:
1、 驻波特性:驻波性能好,由功率负载反射的信号功率到射频开关的就小,负载牵引对环形器的影响就小,CT1206ALN的驻波特性在DC-4GHz频率端的驻波系数VSWR:小于1.25。
2、 承受功率:虽然理论上发射功率只有一小部分(衰减18dB后)会由功率负载承受,但设备故障时,不排除全功率会由功率负载承受,对绝大多数小站中,发射功率会小于10w,CT1206ALN的承受功率是在高温100℃时的测试的结果,耐功率为15w,具有非常高的可靠性。
3、 尺寸:追求小型化的小基站,要求所有的元器件尺寸都要尽量小,采用表贴方式的CT1206ALN能够方便贴装,减小布板空间占用,其尺寸如下图所示
综上,CT1206ALN在性能、可靠性上都能很好地满足5G小基站设计需要,小尺寸,减少了布板空间占用,非常适合5G小基站接收通道保护应用。
