【应用】国产射频放大器ZRA121用于Ku波段收发组件,附加效率达40%
收发组件是很多雷达等系统必不可少的组成部分,在系统中的位置如图:
收发组件负责雷达信号从中频到微波的处理,包括了放大,移相,信号切换等。对微波信号的放大是TR组件的基本功能之一。对于13-18GHz这个Ku波段的放大器,有收发组件提出增益大于18dB,输出功率大于20dBm,功率附件效率大于35%,供电电压不超过8V。
以上指标看似要求不高,但是考虑到Ku这个频段,又因为微波器件很多时候都是禁运的,所以可选的器件范围就少了。幸好国产厂商知融科技可以设计ku波段的放大器,其推出的射频放大器ZRA121可以满足该要求,其主要性能如下:
工作频率:13-20GHz
工作电压:5-8v
增益: 20dB
OP1dB: 20dBm
Psat: 22dBm
附加效率:40%
