贵弥功的H系列压敏电阻产品可以提供丰富的品类供用户选择,按产品直径分为09H,12H,15H和23H四个系列,提供不同的能量耐量,其中23H在20mS内的能量耐量达到了40J,对于蓄电池充电,电动机启动这样的浪涌冲击场合非常适用。
产品的极限电压为43V~93V,在浪涌冲击阶段,可以保障后级电路的输入电压抬升不会过高,从而提高电路的使用寿命,对于汽车这样频繁使用且关乎生命安全的产品这是非常重要的。
在动作电压这个参数上,产品提供了电源端口和硬件通道可以适用的产品,可为±12V,±15V,±24V等电平标准电路提供有效防护。

描述- TNR是以氧化锌 (ZnO)为主要成分的非直线电阻元件,是作为这些浪涌电流和噪声等异常电压的吸收元件而开发的新型压敏电阻。和过去的压敏电阻不同,该元件浪涌电流耐量及非直线系数非常大,当在某个临界电压以下时,电阻非常高,几乎没有电流流过,如果超过该临界电压,电阻急剧降低,大电流流过。由于这种特性,作为电子,电气设备的保护元件,对异常电压的吸收,雷浪涌的吸收等发挥着很大的作用。
