【产品】800V/60A大功率整流二极管,助力无刷直流电动机应用
无刷直流电动机具有优良的调速性能、高转矩惯量比和高效率等优异性能,其应用已从最初军事工业向航空航天、医疗、信息、家电以及工业自动化领域迅速发展。KYOCERA(京瓷)公司研发的PD60KN8型整流二极管可以用来检测无刷直流电动机转子磁极位置,以PD60KN8型整流二极管工作状态检测法适用的电动机类型为方波无刷电机,其反电动势波形在理想情况下为梯形。
PD60KN8型整流二极管具有良好稳定电流功能,线性好,稳定性非常高,主要应用于工作在800V/60A的直流无刷电动机中。其代替位置传感器检测无刷直流电动机转子磁极位置,可以实现无刷直流电动机正确换相、正常运转,并且可以简化电路。在电动机结构方面,无须安装位置传感器,可降低设计成本,能可靠地工作,在系统闭环运行时参数的鲁棒性也很好。
