【应用】派克固美丽推出的原位成型硅胶为航空电子辅助系统提供安全可靠的EMI屏蔽解决方案
在如今的航空领域中,无论是商用飞机还是军用飞机,都搭载了许多电子导航和着陆辅助设备,主要作用是在关键时刻帮助飞行员做出关键决策。这些电子系统对于飞行功能和飞行安全,有着极为重要的作用,最近全球热议的波音737电子系统缺陷,就与自动着陆系统有关。因此,这类系统中的电子设备,对于安全性和可靠性的要求非常严格,其中包括抗EMI干扰的性能。美国PARKER CHOMERICS(派克固美丽)公司,作为屏蔽材料行业中的佼佼者,对于这类高标准的航空电子系统应用,推荐了两种高性能的屏蔽解决方案,原位成型屏蔽垫圈和导电塑料屏蔽外壳。

派克固美丽生产的原位成型硅胶,有导电的CHOFORM®和不导电的ParPHorm®两大系列。主要区别在于CHOFORM®系列在硅胶基质中添加了金属微粒作为导电填充物,垫圈原位成型后,能够同时起到EMI屏蔽和水汽密封的双重效果;ParPHorm®不导电系列,主要用在双法兰结构的原位成型屏蔽垫圈中,起到加强水汽密封的效果。这种原位成型硅胶的优势在于,能够支持全自动3D点胶设备,如图1中所示,能够高效率的进行精密的点胶涂敷工艺。并且,在设计上,这类垫圈所需的法兰空间非常小,可以轻易的实现整体垫圈的解决方案,在紧凑型结构的应用中非常有优势。因此,这是一种能够节省大量工艺成本和空间成本的高性能EMI屏蔽解决方案,在航空电子系统中的典型应用包括显示系统、识别系统(IFF)、控制单元、天线,等等。

PREMIER™ PBT系列导电塑料是派克固美丽开发的一种新型产品,主要用于替代传统的金属铸件屏蔽外壳,颗粒实物和模块外壳如图2中所示。在航空电子辅助系统中,有大量的电子模块和敏感元件需要配备屏蔽壳体,典型应用例如飞行控制单元、客舱系统模块、导航系统模块,等等。而该系列导电塑料外壳对于航空应用的最大优势在于,能够减少大量的屏蔽壳体重量,相较于传统金属壳体,塑料壳体能够最多减少75%的重量,优势明显。该系列导电塑料有PBT-225和PBT-250FR两种推荐型号,PBT-225的特点是具有优秀的抗水解性,能够在高温高湿环境中稳定使用;PBT-250FR是专门为燃料暴露环境应用而设计的产品。不同的应用优势适合于不同的应用环境,在航空系统中都有相应的可应用环境,共同优点是具有相当好的屏蔽性能和机械强度,能够在航空电子系统的应用环境中保持长期稳定的工作性能。
