【选型】350W BLDC电机驱动中的电流采样推荐ISA精密合金电阻,精度1%,功率达5W
BLDC电机成本低、扭矩大,应用范围广泛,驱动器性能是BLDC电机高效、稳定运行的关键。在对BLDC电机驱动控制中,电流检测是关键的一环,其电流检测方案有如下几种:电机相电流霍尔检测,单电阻母线电流采样,双桥臂电流采样,三桥臂电流采样。
电机相电流霍尔检测成本高,占用带宽低;单电阻母线电流采样丢失电机U、V、W相电流信息,不能实现复杂的算法;双桥臂电流采样通过U、V、W相电流间的关系复现另外一相电流信息,成本有所降低,软件代码计算量增大,占用一定的中断带宽;三桥臂电流采样成本有所增加,相电流失真小,中断带宽占用最低,可以进一步提高PWM的中断速率,提高电机的动态性能。
本人在最近研发的一款24V/350W BLDC电机驱动器中,采用三桥臂电流采样方案,并选用ISA的精密合金电阻作为采样电阻,不但成本低,而且精度高、工作稳定,经试验验证,满足实际应用环境的要求。主要计算指标和原理图如下所示:

根据设计的指标,过流保护值20A,最大堵转电流25A,所以首先要确定电阻值,保证在最大堵转电流时功率足够;其次,电阻值要低,但不能太低,太高的电阻功耗大,太低的电阻值在电机空载或轻载时采样误差大,所以选择电阻值时在满足最大功耗的要求下尽量选大。根据以上电阻选择要求,在多次计算权衡下,笔者选择5mΩ的采样电阻,其最大功耗为:I²R=3.125W。考虑到放宽一定的裕量,最终选择5mΩ/5W的合金电阻。
由于该电阻阻值低,功耗大,所以难以找到合适的产品,再加上相同规格的电阻往往温漂大,当电机工作在高功率状态时,发热引起的电阻值漂移将导致过高的电流采样误差,故可选项更少。经过多方咨询后和反复试样,笔者最终选定了ISA的精密合金电阻SMT-R005-1.0,该电阻精度可达1%,20~60℃环境下温度漂移±100ppm/K。
以上面该指标进行误差分析,假设电机驱动器在工作时其内部温度从20℃上升到60℃,即Δt= 40K,则引入的电阻的误差为:
绝对误差:
ΔR=5mΩ x 40 x 100E-6 =0.02mΩ
相对误差:
ΔR/R= 0.02mΩ/5mΩ = 0.4%
从以上分析,该电阻满足电流采样精度1%的选型要求。其实物图如图2所示:
