纳芯微电子全新推出的NSM2015/NSM2016系列霍尔效应电流传感器芯片是完全集成的高隔离电流传感器解决方案,具有极低的原边导通电阻,在无需外部隔离元件的条件下能提供足够精确的电流测量,可广泛应用于汽车、工业、商业和通信系统中的交流或直流电流检测。
纳芯微凭借其突破性的隔离技术及信号调理设计能在严苛要求的汽车和工业等领域提供高达5000Vrms的电隔离能力,同时保证原副边之间极佳的磁耦合效果。内部采用差分霍尔检测,可以抵御外部杂散磁场的干扰。

高精度标准 无需二次编程
NSM2015 / NSM2016系列采用固定输出模式,输出电压在一定的供电电压范围内保持不变,不跟随供电电压的波动而波动。系统上解决了对高精度稳压源的依赖,从而使系统BOM更简单、性价比更高。同时NSM2015拥有伪差分输出模式,提供参考电压输出。纳芯微创新的斩波以及旋转电流激励技术使得零点温漂更小,同时得益于内部精确的温度补偿算法以及下线精度校准,NSM2015 / NSM2016系列电流传感器在全工作温度范围都可以保持较高的精度,用户无需做二次编程。
高隔离等级 快速过流保护
NSM2015 / NSM2016系列还具有快速过流保护输出功能,其典型响应时间为 1.5 us。这种快速过流输出提供了检测过载、短路事件的简单方法,可防止逆变器、电机或其他应用中的功率管的损坏。用户可配置过流保护阈值范围为满量程电流的 75% 至 200%。
NSM2015提供宽体SOIC16W封装,具有5000Vrms 的耐受隔离耐压能力,最大工作隔离耐压1550Vpk、1097Vrms。NSM2016提供SOIC8封装,具有3000Vrms 的耐受隔离耐压能力,最大工作隔离耐压600Vpk、424Vrms。每种封装都提供不同的电流量程,SOIC16W封装能够支持高达100A的电流量程,SOIC8封装能够支持高达65A的电流量程。
更小巧封装 降低方案成本
NSM2015 / NSM2016系列旨在替代需要小尺寸单片传感器解决方案的应用中的分流电阻、运算放大器、电流互感器以及电压隔离器件。这些完全集成的紧凑、小巧的封装形式有效地减少了在电路板上的占用面积,降低了电流检测方案的总体成本。传感器支持3.3V/5V 供电电压( 不同供电版本 )。
