【选型】PoE安防监控摄像机各模块上的安全防护器件选型推荐

下面是Central相关安全防护器件芯片在PoE安防监控摄像机的产品各部分上的应用,包括I/O Protection、uController Function、Motor Drive/Control、PoE Controller和Audio Amp五大部分。



由于POE系统中可用于驱动电源器件(PD)的驱动电流能力有限,因此节能器件的利用是至关重要的。中央半导体公司(Central)提供分布式半导体解决方案,最大限度地减少传输损耗,这极大地帮助工程师提高PD的整体能源效率。

 

1、I/O Protection

其中I/O Protection可使用3款Central研发的瞬态电压抑制器(TVS):C4SMAFL58A1SMB58CA1.5SMC68CA;其中1.5SMC6.8CA和1.5SMC68CA系列是表面贴装式双向玻璃钝化结瞬态电压抑制器,用于保护电压敏感元件免受高压瞬变,而C4SMAFL58A系列器件是标准SMA瞬态电压抑制器的一种小型替代品,符合现有的行业标准的SMA焊盘布局规范。


2、uController Function

uController Function上推荐了 3款低空闲电流齐纳二极管 (CMOZ5L1CMOZ12LCMDZ5L1) 和4款暂态电压抑制器(CFTVS5V0LCCMO5V0LCCMATVS3V3CSMF03V3C)。CMOZ5L1、CMOZ12L和CMDZ5L1齐纳二极管功耗均是250mW,其中CMOZ5L1和CMDZ5L1工作电压是5.1V,CMOZ12L为12V。封装上CMDZ5L1采用较小的SOD-323封装,其余两款均是SOD-523。


4款TVS中,CFTVS5V0LC和CMO5V0LC是5V供电的低电容、小体积的ESD TVS保护器,CMATVS3V3 和CSMF03V3C是3.3V供电的ESD TVS,其中CMATVS3V3具有超低压低泄漏的特点,它封装在节省空间的SOD-923表面贴装外壳中,体积小,响应快,当二极管的两极受到反向瞬态高能量冲击时,可有效地保护电子线路中的精密元器件,免受ESD脉冲的损坏;CSMF03V3C系列是一个5线齐纳阵列,采用一个超小型SOT-363封装,这样的设计是为了保护敏感的电子设备,如计算机、网络通信、手机和仪器不受过电压瞬变和静电放电损坏的影响。电压范围是3.3V到36V。


3、Motor Drive/Control

PoE安防监控摄像机中的电机驱动控制可以应用的MOSFET、瞬态电压抑制器和低泄漏二极管如下,CMLDM8005CMLDM7005均为20V,最大漏源电流为650mA的MOSFET, CMLDM 8005由双P沟道增强模硅MOSFET组成,跟它相对应的是双N沟道的CMLDM7005。可用于负载开关/电平转换,电池充电,升压开关,高速脉冲放大器和驱动器应用。这些MOSFET提供非常低的RDS(ON)和低阈值电压。而CEDM8004CEDM7002AE则分别是P沟道和N沟道的小型MOSFET,均采用SOT-883L封装,CEDM8004的ESD保护电压达到2kV,同样具有低RDS(ON)和低阈值电压等特点。此外,CEDM7002AE是专为高速脉冲放大器和驱动器应用而设计的2N7002增强模N沟道MOSFET的特殊ESD保护版本。


SOD-523封装的齐纳二极管CMOZ5L1和CMOZ12L因其低功耗,低空闲电流等特性也被应用于此。除了这两款外,还有一款低泄漏二极管CFD4448也不错,采用SOD-882L的小型封装,工作电压达到120V。

 

4、PoE Controller

以太网电源(POE)控制器用于控制直流电源和数据从电源设备(PSE)到供电设备(PD)的传输。它们在多通道上执行局部放电检测和分类、-48V功率分配和故障保护。这部分可以选择的肖特基式整流器有CBRHDSH1系列和CBRHDSH2系列,其中整流电压有100V和200V两个型号,分别是CBRHDSH1-100CBRHDSH1-200,整流电流达到1A,如果是需要2A的电流,可以选择CBRHDSH2系列;齐纳二极管可以应用前面提到的CMOZ5L1和CMDZ5L1。


5、Audio Amp

在音频放大领域涉及到了CMLDM7002ACMLDM8002A两款双沟道N/P管和CMOZ5L1齐纳二极管。CMLDM7002A与CMLDM8002A是专为高速脉冲放大器和驱动器应用而设计的,具备低RDS(on)和低VDS(on)等特点,其中CMLDM8002A是增强型P沟道场效应管,而CMLDM7002A是增强型N沟道场效应管2N7002的一个特殊版本,CMLDM7002AJ采用的是日本的引脚配置规范,而CMLDM7002A采用的是美国的引脚配置规范。总的来说,这两款场效应管都非常适合于做音频放大。

在开关电路应用中表面贴装MOSFET CDM4-600LR发热严重,测试输出波形上下边沿时间过长,如何解决此问题?

在开关电路应用中,开关损耗由栅极电容决定,当驱动电流不足时,MOS上下边沿的时间里,MOS在线性区工作,此时间越长,损耗越大,发热越严重。因此需增加驱动MOS的电流,解决办法有:1)减少串联在MOS栅极电阻值;2)改进驱动电路,增加驱动电流及泄放电流能力。
