【经验】一篇文章告诉你电解电容ESR对电容吸收效果的影响
ESR一直是电解电容的一个关键参数,很多工程师都知道ESR低的电解电容吸收效果会更好,所以工程师在选择吸收电容时,都希望ESR越低越好。
在一个电路中,由于电解电容的ESR值在电路中占比值很小,工程师在计算电容充放电的时间常数时都习惯将电容ESR给忽略不计。如下图所示,工程师计算电容充电时间常数的公式通常是t=R1*C,但实际整个电路中电容充电的时间常数是t=R*C=(R1+ESR)*C;同理,电路中电容放电时间常数t=R*C=(Rs+ESR)*C,所以ESR的大小直接影响到了电容充放电时间常数t的大小。
一个电容充满电大概需要3-5个时间常数,更是在第一个时间常数内充电就可以达到63.3%,然后充电速度再逐渐减缓。如下左图所示,而电容放电过程则刚好相反,如下右图所示。
因为一个电容充满电需3-5个时间常数,所以电容的充电时间常数越小,其充电速度就越快,而电容在用于吸收突波作用时,其实也可以理解成是在给电容充电的过程,所以时间常数越小的电容,吸收突波的效果也越好。再根据时间常数t=R*C=(R1+ESR)*C公式可以得出:ESR越小的电容,吸收效果越好。
电解电容ESR问题一直都是羞答答的,各个电解电容厂商都不愿意把电容ESR标示出来,而工程师也无法确认选择的产品ESR到底有多大。现在世强代理的日本品牌黑金刚电解电容,揭开了ESR神秘的面纱,其生产的混合电解电容和高分子固态电解电容都有标示出ESR值,甚至低ESR铝电解电容也有把ESR给标示出来,让工程师在选择电解电容时更加明朗。

描述- 铝电解电容器的寿命一般受电解液通过封口部向外蒸发现象的影响,表现为静电容量的减少、损失角正切值的增大。而导电性高分子固体铝电解电容器的寿命,主要受氧气通过封口部从外部进入电容器内部而导致的导电性高分子的氧化老化、或者由环境温度或自发热导致的导电性高分子的热老化的影响,表现为损失角正切值及ESR的增大。
