How Much Do You Know about the Hot and Cold Sides of the Refrigeration Sheet?

The use of refrigeration film is very common in our life. What do you know about the hot and cold surfaces of the refrigeration piece? Do you know what the requirements are for the hot and cold surfaces of this device?

 

1. A dry battery can be used to test the quality and cold and hot sides of the refrigeration sheet. One hand connects the red line of the refrigeration sheet to the positive pole of the battery, and the black line presses on the negative pole of the battery. The other hand holds both sides of the refrigeration sheet. If one side is slightly hot and the other side is slightly cold, it indicates that the refrigeration sheet is good, and it is determined that the slightly hot side is the hot side and the slightly cold side is the cold side.

 

2. According to the welding position of the lead wire, the cold and hot side of the refrigeration sheet is usually welded on the hot surface of the refrigeration sheet. Therefore, when the red wire of the refrigeration sheet is connected with the positive electrode and the black wire is connected with the negative electrode, the side with the lead wire is the hot side, and the other side is the cold side.

 

3. According to the marking surface (printed face) judge the cold and hot side of the refrigeration piece. On the premise that the red line of the refrigeration piece is connected with the positive pole and the black line is connected with the negative pole, the marking face of the refrigeration sheet in our shop is the cold side; on the premise of the red line connecting the negative pole and the black line connecting the positive pole, the marking face is the hot side. Note: only the single-layer refrigeration piece can be connected with positive and negative electrodes, and the multi-layer refrigeration sheet must be connected with the red line and the black line with the negative pole, and the switching connection is not allowed.

 

4. According to the position of the lead wire, the cold and hot sides of the refrigeration sheet can be distinguished. The lead line is downward, the red line is on the right side, and the black line is on the left side. When the red line of the refrigeration sheet is connected with the positive electrode and the black line is connected with the negative pole, the side of the single-layer refrigeration sheet is the hot side if the red line and black line are connected to each other.
