时科携新品SIC肖特基二极管及快充GaN新品方案亮相2022亚洲充电展(ACE),助力快充芯体验
2022年8月16日,由充电头网主办的2022亚洲充电展(ACE)于深圳福田会展中心3号馆开幕,時科携带了全系列快充方案亮相展会现场,为广大观众呈现了一场安全、低功耗、高性能的盛宴。
时科新品SIC肖特基二极管可以应用在CCM 整流(PFC),具有降低损耗 (D1&Q1),降低EMC,降低系统成本 (优化Q1&EMC),提高产品可靠性等产品优势。可广泛应用于:通信电源,大功率适配器/充电器,太阳能,PC电源,TV电源,大功率照明电源。

本次展会推出的快充GaN新品:SKGI8020 、SKGI8120采用三合一芯片,整合控制器、驱动器、HEMT;支援二次侧控制;支持最小化PCB、减少搭配问题,实现最佳性价比。
同时GaN HEMT整合式IC,使适配器最小化,外部元件少15%, PCB可小30%,解决客户四大核心问题:
1、整合被动元件置系统,降低零件成本费用。
2、提高1~5倍高压开关切换频率,兼顾EMI与减少切换损失。
3、采用贴片式的QFN 8X8包装,使Lead Frame 裸露。上件后使裸露的 Exposed Pad与电路板贴合,达到散热的目的。
4、驱动级、控制器、HEMT整合,使用方便并使效能最佳化。
