【选型】SRAM芯片AS6C62256可PTP兼容IS62C256AL用于工业显示器中,多个参数基本一致
随着数字化时代的进展,工业显示器的需求日益趋增,工业显示器的图像显示需要用到SRAM,因此SRAM的需求也与日俱增,本文介绍2款256K的SRAM型号,将ALLIANCE的AS6C62256与IS62C256AL参数对比,作为一个参考供工程师选型。
256K容量的SRAM中Alliance的AS6C62256与ISSI品牌的IS62C256AL参数对比如下图1所示:

从上述参数可知:
Alliance的AS6C62256的参数基本与ISSI品牌的IS62C256AL一致,相对来说Alliance的AS6C62256的工作电压范围更广,有利于供电比较复杂的车载电子环境.AS6C62256这颗主打低功耗,在相同工作情况下,功耗会更低一些,不过会相对牺牲些读写速率。
ALLIANCE的AS6C62256与ISSI品牌的IS62C256AL的PIN脚框图如下图2所示:

如上图所示,两者PIN脚是pin to pin的,可以替换使用。
综上所述,Alliance的AS6C62256的参数基本与ISSI品牌的IS62C256AL一致,在IS62C256AL缺货的情况下,可以使用ALLIANCE的AS6C62256进行替代备选。
