【技术】单晶片CMEMS可编程振荡器Si50x可以消除传统的双晶片MEMS振荡器的缺陷
CMEMS是CMOS和MEMS两个词的组合,提供集成的单晶片解决方案,可在CMOS晶圆上进行MEMS结构后处理。双晶片MEMS振荡器是当前市场上典型的第一代MEMS振荡器,由于双晶片方法需要在谐振器晶片和振荡器晶片之间进行线绑定,因此会增加了设计成本和复杂性。正如SILICON LABS的副总裁兼总经理Michael Petrowski在他最近的一篇文章《CMOS+MEMS集成改变传统频率控制》中提到的,现有的振荡器解决方案还有进一步的改进空间。使用该技术的晶振可参考本站Silicon Labs(芯科科技) 时钟和振荡器芯片选型指南。
完全集成的CMEMS解决方案有很多优点,包括:
•保证10年的运行时间
全硅CMEMS器件不易受撞击、震动、加速度和老化影响。
•保持其输出频率在生命周期和温度范围内的稳定性
CMEMS振荡器将MEMS谐振器更紧密的与温度传感器和补偿电路耦合,在工业温度范围内具有±20ppm频率稳定性保证。
•支持可编程设备配置和超短交货时间
CMEMS振荡器与现有的石英或MEMS振荡器引脚和封装兼容,可实现快速便捷的替换解决方案。
•标准集成电路的可预见性供应链
当今传统的双晶片解决方案需要昂贵的多芯片模块或陶瓷封装。
Si50x CMEMS振荡器频率稳定性选项包括±20ppm、±30ppm和±50ppm,10年老化。CMEMS振荡器提供可编程特性(可编程的上升/下降时间),低功耗和低周期抖动模式,交付周期短(小于2周)。支持32kHz-100MHz之间的任意频率。运行温度在商业应用方面的范围是-20℃至+70℃,在工业应用的范围是-40℃至+85℃。参考 Silicon Labs(芯科科技) Si501/2/3/4 LVCMOS CMEMS数据手册。
