Through this project, the engineering and industrialization of Cu internal electrode high-power, high-frequency and low-loss MLCC products have been realized. The developed MLCC products cover a wide range of package dimensions, rated voltage, and nominal capacity, and the main technical indicators meet corporate standards: According to the requirements of Q/EY012A-2020 and Q/EY013A-2020, the products are widely used in 5G macro base stations, small base stations, network gateways and other industries. They are widely used by many well-known domestic and foreign brand enterprises, and have been well received by customers.
High-end terminal products continue to develop towards high integration, lightness and thinness, and SIP package modularization, and the available layout area and space of MLCC continue to shrink. In order to comply with the development trend of MLCC miniaturization and meet the company's strategic plan for ultra-micro and full series of MLCCs, Eyang Technology organized a project team to conduct "Mass production and key technology research of 008004 ultra-micro chip multilayer ceramic capacitors". The difficulty of the project It lies in the control of the production process when it is difficult to observe the product with the naked eye. The project solves the "development of ultra-small terminal electrode capping tooling", "rapid heating sintering technology", and "development of ultra-small MLCC terminal process" , "The development of ultra-small MLCC test process" four key technical problems. The 008004 series of MLCC products developed and mass-produced by Eyang Technology have reached the international advanced standard level, and the physical quality is in line with international peer standards. The breakthrough of Eyang 008004 ultra-miniature MLCC specifications is not only a requirement for the key development work of basic electronic components in the 14th Five-Year Plan of the country, but also contributes to solving the problem of high-end capacitor "jamming". 008004 size (0.25mm*0.125mm*0.125mm) ultra-micro MLCC is mainly used for products such as chip embedding, SIP packaging, smart wear and mobile device upgrades, which is similar to the existing 01005 size (0.4mm*0.2mm*0.2mm) In comparison, the volume is reduced by about 75%, and by reducing the mounting space, it can contribute to the further miniaturization and high integration of terminal products or modules.
