AWG2015、AWG2017、AWG2020和AWG2023是ASB公司推出的四款宽带增益模块放大器,四款放大器线性增益性能良好,可使用3.3V单电源电压供电,四款器件的回波损耗小,有利于信号传输,均采用相同的SOT89封装,尺寸参数为4.5x4.0x1.5mm,符合RoHS标准,已经通过严格的DC、RF和可靠性测试。
该四款宽带增益模块放大器内部匹配IF增益模块放大器MMIC,在30MHz-4000MHz的宽频范围内具有高线性度、低噪声和高效率,适用于高达4GHz的电信系统的收发两用机,它有一个有源偏压网络,用于温度及变化过程中稳定电流,输入&输出匹配电阻为50Ω,MTTF(平均失效前时间)大于100年。

pin to pin代替AVAGO MGA-30889增益放大器的AWG2017,性能基本相近
ASB公司的AWG2017采用与AVAGO MGA-30889完全相同的SOT89封装,管脚定义都是一样的,Pin1是射频输入,Pin3是射频输出和电压供给, 完全不用改版。这种封装手工焊接方便。AWG2017其电性能也非常接近MGA-30889,同样采用了内匹配工艺,输入输出阻抗也做到了50欧姆,外围同样也很简单
