【产品】用于锂电池保护板的800V/150A可控硅晶闸管PD150KN8
KYOCERA(京瓷)公司研发的PD150KN8型可控硅晶闸管,可以工作在反向重复峰值电压为800V、平均整流输出电流为150A的电路中,电流有效值为235A。
在将PD150KN8二极管模块接入电源的瞬间,其可以承受高达3200A的峰值电流。PD150KN8二极管模块可以储存在-40℃到125℃的范围内。在不损坏PD150KN8二极管模块绝缘性能的情况下施加预期的目标高电压不能超过2500V。
PD150KN8二极管模块质量150g,比起PD1508质量480g,可以实现轻量化。
PD150KN8二极管模块主要应用于锂电池保护板,对串联锂电池组的充放电进行保护。充满电时能保证各单体电池之间的电压差异小于设定值,实现电池组各单体电池的均充,有效地改善了串联充电方式下的充电效果。保护并延长电池使用寿命。
