为了防止建筑物的高度密封化、建材及室内装修使用的化学物质引起的“建筑物综合症”,住宅必须义务安装新风系统进行 24小时换气。其中,可再利用换气时排出的热量、节约冷暖气设备费用的新型热交换新风系统备受瞩目。
课题
为了满足市场对小型化的需求,要利用一台风扇进行吸气及排气。

住宅设备制造商C公司,致力于新型热交换新风系统的开发。C公司商品开发部的H先生说:“市场上,热交换新风系统的小型化及低成本化发展越来越快,为了顺应这种趋势,开始进行新机型的开发。现行系统中,分别装配了吸气及排气用的风扇。吸气用的风扇通过过滤网向室内供给洁净的空气,排气用的风扇将室内脏污的空气排到室外。研讨在新型热交换新风系统中只安装一台风扇(切换该风扇的风向),以此来实现系统小型化。”

为了解决该课题,H先生参加工业技术类的活动时,在山洋电气的展位与担当进行了商谈。山洋电气的担当了解了H先生的课题后,提出了使用带 PWM 调速功能的“正反转风扇”的方案。H先生对该提案非常感兴趣。“给我们建议的风扇,扇叶及外框形状的最优化设计,使正反转的风量及静压基本相同。若使用该款风扇,则无需分别在正转时与反转时调整转速,所以控制非常简单。”(H先生)
热交换新风系统的新机型开发成功!实现了小型化及成本降低
H先生立即在公司内部进行了实机验证,确认结果是可保持吸排气量的平衡。公司内部测评的结果令人非常满意,不久后 C公司就正式采用“正反转风扇”,成功开发了新型热交换新风系统。“风扇数量从 2台减为 1台,不仅成功实现了热交换新风系统的小型化,客户也非常满意。此外,进行公司内部验证时,山洋电气建议我们在试作样机上使用BOX 型的PWM控制器,顺利完成风量测评。这次采用了最合适的风扇。我想今后会跟山洋电气有更多的商谈及合作。”(H先生)
