【产品】160~500Vdc长寿命微型铝电解电容器,助力电子镇流器应用
Nippon Chemi-Con(黑金刚)公司推出了系列微型铝电解电容器,产品型号为KXJ系列。此系列产品是KXG系列产品的升级版,在缩小原有电容尺寸的同时,还有效扩大了产品的使用寿命。具有体积小、工作电压高等优良特性,主要用于电子镇流器电路及其他家用电器、电子产品、仪器仪表等,尤其适合要求长使用寿命的应用场合。
KXJ系列产品的电容范围为6.8~680μF,额定电压范围为160~500Vdc。KXJ系列产品额定电压不同,适用的工作温度范围稍有差异。当额定电压为160V~400V时,工作温度范围为-40℃至105℃;当额定电压为420V~500V时,工作温度范围为-25℃至105℃。条件为20℃、120Hz时,KXJ系列电容的电容公差为±20%(M)。
泄漏电流的计算方法如表一所示,式中I为最大泄漏电流,单位是μA ;C为标称电容,单位是μF ;V为额定电压,单位是V。产品在20℃,120Hz的情况下,耗散因子如表二所示。产品在120Hz的情况下,低温特性(最大阻抗比)如表三所示。
