EPSONSG-8018/SG-8101/SG-9101系列是基于PLL技术的可编程晶振,可以使用EPSON专用的编程软件一次性烧录0.67MHz~166MHz任意频点,支持多封装,配置相应的频率计划,如输出频率、温度范围、精度等等。可应用于GPS、工业设备、基站等等提供时钟源。


下面将介绍如何使用Epson SG-Writer II烧写配置:

 

1、首先将所需要烧录的晶振放入烧录器,此时需要注意PIN1脚是否放置正确。可通过CheckDevice 检查是否连接成功。

 

2、可在SG-Writer II软件上设置对应的频率、供电、温度范围、OE管脚功能等等,通过CheckParameter  检查对应设置的参数

 

3、通过Write将设置的频率计划烧写,可通过Programming procedure 窗口查看是否编写完成。

 

4、SG-Writer II软件右下角可查看是否烧录成功,成功则显示OK,不成功则现在NG。


   

Epson可编程系列晶振可灵活根据工程师的所需提供相应的频率配置,在研发前期可通过空白片烧录样品测试,交付快,可编程晶振量产时间也相较与固定频点有较大的优势。
