EPSON推出的SG-210SGB是一款高稳定性超薄封装晶体振荡器,尺寸为2.5mm×2.0mm×0.8mm。晶体振荡器相对于硅振荡器来说,晶体振荡器的Q值高很多,噪声更小,并且具有较高的温度稳定性。

SG-210SGB工作频率范围为2MHz~32MHz。电源供电电压为1.3V~1.7V,典型值为1.5V。SG-210SGB还具有高速及超低功耗的优点。最大响应时间仅为3ms,上升/下降延迟时间最大为5ns。在无负载条件下,电流消耗Icc为1.0mA,待机状态下的电流最大仅为0.3μA。
此外,SG-210SGB是符合RoHS认证标准的无铅产品。其工作温度为-40℃~+85℃,存储温度为-40℃~+125℃。SG-210SGB具有良好的频率可靠性,频率老化度最大仅为±3×10-6/year(@25℃,第一年)。
