3PEAK Unveiled a Next-Generation Automotive-grade High-current Linear Regulator TPL8151Q Supporting Wide Range Input of 29V
3PEAK, a semiconductor company focusing on the development of high-performance analog chips and embedded processors, has unveiled TPL8151Q, a next-generation automotive-grade high-current linear regulator. The product, certified by AEC-Q100, meets the operating conditions of automotive chips. In addition, TPL8151Q supports wide range input of 29V and a high drive current of 1.5A. The output voltage noise is as low as 17.5μVRMS, with ripple rejection of up to 77 dB. It can fully meet the requirements for automotive linear power supply chips.
