【应用】群芯微晶体管光耦QX816用于开关电源,输入输出隔离电压5000Vrms,发射极击穿电压大于80V
开关电源通常会被用做前级电路控制,利用高速开关器件,如MOS和IGBT,在导通和关断两个状态之间进行高速切换,产生PWM波对输出电压进行调试。开关电源主要由主电路,控制电路,检测电路和辅助电源几大部分组成,在其主电路中,会用到光耦来实现电气隔离,减少输出信号对后级控制部分的输入造成影响。
本文介绍一款群芯微电子的晶体管光耦QX816,由发光二极管和光电晶体管组成的光电耦合器,拥有DIP、DIP-M、SMD三种不同的封装形式,隔离电压高达5000Vrms,发射极击穿电压大于80V。QX816在开关电源中应用如图1所示:

QX816在开关电源中的应用优势:
1、高耐压:输入输出隔离电压5000Vrms,满足绝大多数开关电源应用需求;
2、高电流转换比:CTR范围130%-600%(IF=5mA,VCE=5V);
3、低功耗:总功耗仅为200mW;
4、具备DIP、DIP-M、SMD三种不同封装。
