2SC0435T2H0-17是PI公司推出的一款双通道,低成本SCALE™-2 IGBT和MOSFET驱动内核。该驱动内核的接线插脚长度仅为2.54mm,无铅,具有优异的EMI性能,具有无与伦比的紧凑性和广泛的适用性。2SC0108T2G0-17可驱动所有常用的高功率IGBT模块,最高电压可达1700V。其嵌入的并联能力能够很容易的实现大功率的逆变器设计,同时还支持多电平拓扑应用。
2SC0435T2H0-17的存储温度范围为-40到90℃,工作温度范围为-40到85℃,较宽的温度范围可使其基本满足工业级应用的各种需求。当环境温度小于70℃时,其所允许的最大输出功率为6W,当温度为85℃时,所允许的最大输出功率为4W。2SC0435T2H0-17的封装尺寸仅为57.2×51.6mm,最大插入高度仅为20mm,可在最受限的插入空间中有效的运用,在此功率范围内可谓是最紧凑的驱动内核。相比其他传统的驱动模块,高度集成的SCALE™-2 芯片减少了85%的组件数量,这个优势也反应在提高可靠性的同时减小了产品的成本。
2SC0435T2H0-17集成了一个完整的双通道驱动核,该驱动核包括了驱动所需要的所有组件,比如一个隔离的DC/DC转换器,短路保护,高级有源钳位以及电源电压监控。每一个输出通道都与原边和另一个输出通道电隔离。
2SC0435T2H0-17每个通道的输出电流为35A,驱动功率为4W,这也使其成为中、高功率应用的理想应用平台。驱动器提供的门极驱动电压范围为+15V/-10V,不管输出功率怎么变化,开通电压都保持在稳定的15V。另外,2SC0435T2H0-17的开启延迟为75ns,关闭延迟仅为70ns,开启及关闭延迟抖动仅为±3ns,这也非常适合于对时间精度严格控制的应用。
