【应用】华冠DCDC用于直流无刷电机控制板,3A输出电流,可提高电压的输出效率
电机控制板,它的作用主要是用来控制电机的工作,控制电机的转速和电机的正反转。随着科技的发展,越来越多的电子产品和自动化中都需要用到直流无刷电机,但是想控制它们能更智能化工作的化无疑就是要用到直流无刷电机控制板。在控制板中电源的选型也是很重要的,要输出足够大的电流才能更好地驱动电机和其它外设的工作。
下面来介绍华冠的DCDC LM2576HVT-12在直流无刷电机控制板中的应用,LM2576系列的稳压器是单片集成电路,能提供降压开关稳压器(buck)的各种功能,能驱动3A的负载,优异的线性和负载调整能力。这些器件的固定输出电压有3.3V,5V,12V,15V,还有可调整输出的型号。这里讲解的是固定输出12V的版本。
LM2576HVT-12在直流无刷电机控制板中电源部分的应用框图如下图1所示:
LM2576HVT-12方案在此应用中的优势如下:
1、在指定输入电压和输出负载条件下保证输出电压的+4%误差,以及振荡器频率的+10%误差,提高了电压的输出效率。
2、保证3A输出电流,提高了带负载能力。
3、内置MOS并且含有频率补偿器和一个固定频率振荡器,将外部元件的数目减到最少,使用简便。
4、执关断及电流限制保护,提高了系统的安全性。
