【选型】TE最多可灌胶高度为8.5mm的加高型连接器解决割草机灌胶工艺难题，对插卡扣设计，稳定可靠
割草机产品作为替代人工的自动化设备，越来越受推崇，产品的设计虽然无需按乘用车标准，但是对抗震，防护等要求依然较高。某客户在做电机板时设计了灌胶工艺，以保障单板和器件的防护，如防水，防霉，防腐蚀等。连接器选型时首先需考虑灌胶工艺影响，整板灌胶达到6mm，需找一款加高或者内扣式，不会渗胶和影响插拔的连接器，选用单排5pin的2.5mm间距线对板结构，3A电流，单个板子上用两个，需要互相对插防呆。客户之前选了国产的品牌，对插后会晃动，接触不可靠，希望找个可靠性高的国外大牌，产品主要做出口。
这种需要做灌胶的单板建议选用加高型连接器，TE能提供优秀的解决方案，推荐插座型号为917725-1，如下图所示，该系列插座整体板上高度15.3mm，可灌胶最多8.5mm的高度，不会影响对插锁紧，满足客户目前的工艺要求，配套的插头推荐917689-1，端子针型号917683-1，接22-20号线，最大通流3A，满足电气要求。对插卡扣设计，并有限位槽，可以在对插后保障稳定可靠。针对客户的防呆需求，建议客户将其中一款改为6pin规格，可有效防止混插，只需空1pin信号即可，对应型号插座：917726-1，插头：917690-1。
